How Your Login Is Kept Secure
Tk17 considers the moment of account access the most security-sensitive step. That is why the login process is protected by multiple layers of security:
1
Encrypted Connection
Everything you type into the login form is transmitted to the server via 256-bit TLS encryption. Even if intercepted, it cannot be read.
2
New Device Detection
If a login attempt is made from a new device or an unrecognized IP address, an OTP is sent to your mobile. Access is blocked without it.
3
Brute Force Protection
Entering the wrong password multiple times will temporarily lock your account. This is an automatic safeguard against unauthorised access attempts.
4
Session Monitoring
If multiple simultaneous logins are detected on a single account, precautionary measures are triggered automatically.

Tips for logging in across multiple devices
Many members access tk17 from multiple devices — mobile, tablet, and desktop. That's perfectly fine, but a few things are worth keeping in mind:
- Keep each device secure separately: Use a screen lock on your mobile and a password-protected account on your computer.
- Be careful about saving passwords in your browser: Saving your password on a personal device is fine, but never do so on a shared device.
- Log out when you're done: Always log out after using a shared or public device.
- Change Your Password Regularly: Changing your password every three to six months is a healthy habit.
- Report a Suspicious Session: You can view all active sessions from your profile. If you spot an unfamiliar device, end all sessions immediately.

What to do if you're having trouble logging in
